Cindy is the Program Director for Indigenous Women’s Entrepreneurship. In this role, she oversees the collaboration between Good Return, its philanthropic partners and Kimberley Jiyigas. Working in support of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander female business leaders on the ground, she facilitates translating and disseminating the learning from the Maganda Makers Business Club in the Kimberley Region of WA to other parts of Northern Australia.

Karen Tari
Karen’s work experience spans the Social Services, Hospitality, and Small Business sectors (including experience working in the East Kimberley). Her strong administrative and project management skills, along with her warm, engaging and empathic manner, make her a great fit for the Maganda Makers Club as the Club Coorindator. Karen is a proud Maori Ngāpuhi woman from New Zealand who currently resides in Perth.
Karen’s work experience spans the Social Services, Hospitality, and Small Business sectors (including experience working in the East Kimberley). Her strong administrative and project management skills, along with her warm, engaging and empathic manner, make her a great fit for the Maganda Makers Club as the Senior Administrator and Project Support. Karen is a proud Maori Ngāpuhi woman from New Zealand who currently resides in Perth and she works remotely for the Club on a freelance basis.

Candice is a multiskilled creator who likes to design all kinds of social media content, particularly utilising videography and photo graphics. Candice has studied Social Work; this is where her main passion is, helping to create meaningful change within communities. Candice is a mother of 6 beautiful children who are her greatest accomplishments. Spending the last 19 years raising her children, studying part-time, and now moving into self-employment is motivating and inspirational. Candice resides in Perth.
