Events

Maganda Makers host a range of virtual and in-person events.

Virtual/E-Events

Business Yarning e-Circles (BYeC) are for Club members who are aspiring and starting/emerging in business. At a BYeC you can seek support, problem solve and brainstorm in an informal setting, with a small group of other Kimberley Indigenous Women in Business. The BYeC will be hosted on Zoom, go for about 90 minutes, and will be facilitated by a Maganda Makers Yarning e-Circle Host.

Business Mastermind e-Circles (BMeC): are for Club members who have been in business over 2 years and are at the ‘grow and scale’ stage of their business journey. The BMeC will be hosted on Zoom, go for about 90 minutes, and will be facilitated by a Maganda Makers Business Builder Navigator along with a Guest (such as a business coach, industry mentor, digital marketing specialist etc).

In-person Events

Business Yarning Circles (BYC) are for Club members who are aspiring and starting/emerging in business. At a BYC you can seek support, problem solve and brainstorm in an informal setting, with a small group of other Kimberley Indigenous Women in Business. The BYC will be hosted in your township, go for about 90 minutes, and will be facilitated by a Maganda Makers Yarning Circle Host.

Yarning Circles are a traditional part of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture that are used to learn from a collective group, build respectful relationships and to preserve and pass on cultural knowledge, stories, life experiences and ancestral wisdom.

GET INVOLVED – THIS IS YOUR CLUB!

It only takes a spark to get a fire going: begin (the spark) your business (the fire) and then fuel the fire (with tools, resources, networking, coaching) to grow the fire strong – burning strong for many (clients, opportunities, projects) to want to gather around.

If you are a Maganda Maker who would like to get involved in our events, such as being a host for a Business Yarning Circle in your township or online, then we would love to hear from you!
